Getting away in your mind can almost be as good as the real thing.

Close your eyes and imagine yourself there.

This is a great way to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

It actually stimulates your body’s serotonin level to relax you.

So take those five minutes you have to unwind and soak up some Vitamin D.

GO FOR A WALK.

A five-minute walk in the yard, around the block, or even around your house can get the blood flowing and give you a burst of energy that will help you keep calm and focus on the rest of the day.
