Fajitas are one of my family’s favorite foods.
They’re filled with yummy veggies, high in protein, and can be customized for even the pickiest of eaters.
Since we eat so much of them, I came up with our own homemade fajita seasoning recipe, so that I could ditch the chemicals in the pre-packaged seasoning packets.
It’s easy to make and we think it tastes even better than store bought mixes!
I prepare the mix in a large jar and then just scoop it out as needed.
Since it’s just dry spices, you can store it for 6 months to a year in an airtight container.
